Restaurant Equipment Delivery
New ranges, replacement fryers, a walk-in cooler for the back of the house: when the equipment is bought, it still has to get to your kitchen in one piece. We pick it up, protect it for the road, deliver it, and set it in place, so your team can focus on opening day instead of freight.
Commercial kitchen equipment we deliver
Commercial kitchen equipment delivery is a different job from moving furniture or boxes. Every piece is heavy, many are fragile, and several hold oil, water, or refrigerant that needs special handling. Here is how we approach the equipment restaurants ask us to deliver most.
Ranges and cooking lines
Heavy ranges and full cooking lines are strapped to skids, wrapped in blankets, and loaded in the order your installer needs them. We set each unit in its position on the line, leveled and ready for the gas and electric connections your licensed technician completes.
Fryers and ovens
Fryers travel drained, with baskets, racks, and loose parts packed separately. Convection, combi, and pizza ovens are protected at the glass, controls, and doors, then delivered upright and set in place.
Refrigeration and walk-in coolers
Reach-in refrigerators, prep tables, and undercounter units ride upright so compressor oil stays where it belongs. For walk-in cooler and freezer delivery, panels ship flat with edge protection and the condensing units travel separately, packed for the road.
Hoods and exhaust
Hood canopies, fans, and ductwork are long, awkward, and easy to dent. We wrap and secure them for the haul and carry them in to the install area, so the hood crew can start as soon as the equipment arrives.
Prep tables and stainless
Stainless steel tables, shelving, and sinks get blankets and corner guards so edges and finishes arrive without scratches or dents. Smaller pieces are palletized together to keep the delivery tidy.
Dishwashers and ice machines
Dish machines and ice machines are drained and dried before pickup, then delivered upright and placed near their water and drain connections, ready for your plumber.

How your equipment gets to the kitchen
The right delivery method depends on the equipment, the distance, and what your building looks like at the other end. We choose the combination that protects the equipment and fits your site.
Liftgate delivery
When there is no loading dock, a liftgate lowers heavy equipment to the ground and keeps it level. A liftgate has weight and size limits, so tell us what you are moving and we will plan the right truck.
Inside delivery
Getting equipment to the curb is only half the job. Inside delivery brings each piece through the door, down the hall, or up the elevator and sets it where your kitchen plan calls for it. Stairs, tight turns, and narrow doors are handled with the right crew and tools.
Blanket wrap service
On shorter hauls, stainless steel and finished equipment travel blanket wrapped, with corner guards and straps holding everything in place. It protects the finish and keeps units from shifting in transit.
Palletized freight
Equipment that is shipped long distance is palletized or skidded, strapped, and wrapped so it can ride with other freight or on its own truck. Fragile, high-value, or overseas pieces can be crated for extra protection.
Heavier or more fragile pieces may need a custom crate, which our crating and rigging service covers.
New openings, remodels, and multi-location rollouts
A new restaurant opening is a timing problem as much as a freight problem. The installer, the inspector, and the first day of service are all waiting on the equipment, so we build the delivery around your opening date, your building access, and your installer. That includes early-morning and after-hours appointments, and one coordinator who stays with the delivery from pickup to final placement.
Remodels are different. Part of the kitchen stays in service while old equipment comes out and new equipment goes in, so deliveries are sequenced to keep disruption low. We can also haul away and relocate the old equipment, or pick it up for storage or sale.
For multi-location rollouts, we coordinate deliveries across sites under one point of contact. Each location gets the equipment it needs on the schedule your team set, and you are not juggling a different carrier at every address.
Nationwide restaurant equipment delivery
We deliver restaurant equipment across the United States, from a neighborhood café to a chain building out a new region, and we can arrange international shipping when the kitchen is overseas. Buying used? We also pick up from auctions and dealers and deliver to you. Our auction pickup service handles the removal window, and our international shipping and customs service handles paperwork for overseas deliveries. Restaurant equipment delivery questions
What is restaurant equipment delivery?
Restaurant equipment delivery is the pickup, protected transport, and placement of commercial kitchen equipment, from a single reach-in to a full kitchen, delivered to your restaurant, commissary, or warehouse. It goes beyond dropping a pallet at the curb because the equipment is handled and set where it needs to go.
Do you offer liftgate and inside delivery?
Yes. Liftgate service is available when there is no loading dock, and inside delivery brings equipment through the door and places it in its final spot. Tell us about stairs, elevators, narrow doors, and tight spaces when you request a quote so we can send the right crew.
Can you deliver new equipment to a restaurant before opening day?
We plan around your opening date, your building access, and your installer, including early-morning and after-hours appointments. Share your deadline when you request a quote and we will schedule around it.
Do you deliver walk-in coolers and freezers?
Yes. Walk-in panels ship flat with edge protection, and the condensing units and refrigeration components travel separately. Our walk-in cooler and freezer shipping page covers the process in detail.
Do you deliver to multiple locations?
Yes. For multi-location rollouts, we coordinate deliveries across sites under one point of contact, so every location gets what it needs on the schedule your team set.
Do you deliver nationwide?
We deliver restaurant and commercial kitchen equipment across the United States and can arrange international shipping as well. We are available 24/7 at (866) 216-7742.
Do you hook up gas, electric, or water lines?
No. We deliver and set equipment in place, and your licensed installers make the final gas, electric, water, and exhaust connections.
