Commercial Dishwasher Shipping
Commercial dish machines hold water, have long tubing and pumps, and often include doors and conveyor sections that need to travel separately. Whether it is an undercounter unit or a flight-type conveyor, we prepare it so it arrives dry, secure, and ready to be reconnected.
Disconnect and prep
Shut off the water and disconnect supply, drain, and chemical lines. A plumber should disconnect the plumbing and an electrician should remove power. Drain the tanks, wash arms, and booster heater, then run it empty so nothing is left inside.
Draining and cleaning
Take out racks, scrap trays, and strainers and ship them separately. Wipe the interior and leave the door open to dry. Chemical feed lines and containers should be removed rather than shipped connected.
Crating and palletizing
Door-type machines ship upright on a skid with doors latched and corners protected. Conveyor machines are separated into sections, with motors, drive components, and curtains packed and labeled. Stainless steel is blanket-wrapped to prevent scratches.
Liftgate and inside delivery
Undercounter machines are simple; large conveyor units are not. Send the model, number of sections, and the route into the dish room. We deliver inside and place the machine where it will be plumbed.
Insurance
Our providers carry cargo insurance, and we can supply a certificate of insurance on request. Share the replacement value when you request a quote.
Domestic and international
Dish machines ship nationwide with the rest of a kitchen. For export, machines are crated and our licensed customs broker handles paperwork. Check voltage, water pressure, and drain requirements for the destination.
What to tell us before pickup
Dishwashers vary from a compact undercounter unit to a flight-type conveyor machine that is many feet long. Tell us which style you have, the size, and whether any tables, racks, or booster heaters travel with it. A conveyor machine is often moved in sections.
- Undercounter, door-type, or conveyor, plus the model number
- Whether tables, racks, and a booster heater are included
- Whether the machine will be split into sections
- Dimensions of the delivery path
Frequently asked questions

- Do you do the plumbing?
- No. We place the machine and licensed plumbers and electricians make the connections.
